Delivery, Return & Cancellation policy

Estimated delivery time :

               Once we get an order confirmed in Vides will process the order and ship the item within next 3 days within Karnataka and 5 days for other states but Vides not responsible for the delay due to natural calamities, bandh and other unexpected incidents.

Packing of Items :

               All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.

Delivery Methods :

               We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, DTDC, Professional courier, and India Post. Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.

Tracking of Orders :

               Vides will share the tracking details shipment with the customer, so that customer itself can track the shipment through our courier websites. If there is any delay by courier the customer can reach our customer care [customercare@vides.in].

Returning & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Replacements :

               We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of defective items.

                 We have 7 days easy return policy for all the products. 100% money back will be guaranteed within 7days.

            We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with the description as given on Vides.

              The customer has to get back to Vides customer care through phone or email within 24 hours for the following reasons:

  • Damaged goods
  • Goods not meeting the description in Vides.
  • The product is mismatched with the order.

               Vides will take care the courier charges for the above mentioned points apart from that customer has to pay for it.

               The customer has to provide the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund. Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).

                 Customer will have to send an image of product on email [sales@vides.in] in case he/she is claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting description. The money will be refunded in 3-4 days once the product received in Vides.

Returning Merchandise by mail

               On the back of the receipt slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).

Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
